Recently we received a commission to create a very special remembrance piece of typographic artwork, in memory of a gorgeous little girl called Dora, aged 5, who died suddenly last January after a bacterial infection.

I was so moved by this piece, and several others that we have created in memory of loved ones over the last couple of years, that I got in touch with Dora’s parents to ask if they would mind me sharing her design so that we offer this as a new standard product to our customers. I’m so pleased that they love their piece and look at it every day, and I am grateful to them for allowing me to share it.
I am truly honoured to be able to capture some wonderful memories for families who have lost a loved one.
This product is now available to order on the More Than Words website – Personalised Remembrance Artwork.
Last year Dora’s parents raised enough money for a magical school library, which they wanted to create to allow Dora’s imagination and love of stories to live on. Isn’t it lovely?
