Q: What happens once I place my order & how long will it take to receive the finished product?

Once your order and payment have been received, we will create your bespoke design and email you a proof within 5 working days.  Once you sign off on this we will print and hand-finish your artwork and have it hanging on your wall within 14 working days.

If you are purchasing an item from one of our Limited or Unlimited Collections you will also receive this within 14 working days as all artwork is produced to order.

Q: Will I see a proof of my design before it is printed and can I request changes?

Free of Charge
The following change requests will not incur any additional costs:

> Colour change(s) to background or word colours.
> Word changes: We understand that after you have placed your order you might realise that you have missed out a word or two. We are happy to add up to three additional words to your design free of charge.

Charge per Change Request
The following change requests may incur an additional £20 charge as these will constitute a full re-design:

> Font type change: much time is spent carefully arranging your words to create a well proportioned design. Changes to the font type affects word spacing and layout and therefore a new design layout is required.
> Alteration of layout.

Please note that once you have signed-off on your design proof via email we will not be able to make any further changes.

Q: Can you print images or logos on my design?

Yes, we can print images and logos. The customer is held fully responsible for ensuring there are no copyright violations as More Than Words will not accept liability for infringement. By sending us your image or photograph, you are acknowledging that you are the owner of the image, or have obtained permission from the copyright owner in written form, which permits us to print it in accordance with your order.

Q: What is your returns policy?

More Than Words artwork is made to order and we will not accept returns without prior agreement and will only accept returns due to damaged goods logged at receipt and informed to the couriers. On receipt of the returned item we will print a duplicate item and have that delivered to the same address. We will not accept responsibility for any spelling mistakes or colour differences (see COLOUR CALIBRATION) once your design proof has been signed off via email.

When you return a product to us we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the product in full, not including postage costs. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

Our prefered method of payment is via PayPal. Use our shopping basket & pay securely via PayPal’s secure server using your credit or debit card (inc. Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Solo, Switch/Maestro, Amex). You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this payment method, you can simply enter your payment details when prompted.

An email will be sent shortly after your order has been placed to confirm your order and delivery details.

If you would rather not use PayPal to process your payment, we also accept personal cheques and BACS transfers.  Please note that we will not begin work on your artwork until payment has cleared and this may take up to 5 working days.

Q: When will my artwork be delivered?

Q: Where do you deliver to and what do you charge?

All deliveries are free of charge to UK mainland locations and you will need to ensure that someone is home to sign for your artwork. We can deliver to an address other than the purchase address and packages are sent via courier to ensure delivery and traceability. It’s always a good idea to consider giving a work address if you will not be at home during the day.

If you are located outside UK mainland then please find standard delivery price details in the table below.

Please note, international customers must accept liability for customs issues and any taxes that need to be paid.

All artwork is bubble wrapped and carefully boxed to ensure safe transit.
